Seriously Good Salisbury Steak
- 2 lbs. ground turkey/beef
- 1 lg. egg, lightly beaten
- 1/3 c of fine, dry breadcrumbs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- cooking spray
- 1/2 c of water
- 1 can French Onion Soup
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Worchestershire sauce
- Combine first 5 ingredients, shape mixture into 1/2 inch patties.
- Heat a large, non-stick skillet over med-high heat using the cooking spray. Add the patties; cook 3 minutes on each side. Remove patties from pan; drain pan.
- Add 1/2 cup of water to pan; cook 1 minute, stirring to loosen browned bits from skillet. Add soup, paste, and W. sauce.
- Bring to a boil; cook 3 minutes, reduce heat and return patties to skillet.
- Cover, simmer 10 minutes. Enjoy!
